1. Zero‑Tolerance for Abuse, Fraud & Misuse

We do not tolerate any abuse of our Services. This includes, without limitation: fraud, payment fraud/chargeback abuse, account hijacking, misrepresentation/impersonation, use of our platform to deceive or harm others, evasion of security or billing controls, abusive or harassing communications toward our staff, partners or other customers, and any deliberate misuse that threatens service stability or the rights of others. We may take immediate action, including suspension or termination, domain lock/hold, preservation of evidence, and reporting to competent authorities.

Zero‑tolerance for unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. Requirements include: verifiable opt‑in, working unsubscribe, accurate sender identity, proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and adherence to sending limits.

We respect free expression but may remove/disable content or restrict Services where content appears unlawful (e.g., obscene content under the IT Act, defamation, CSAM) or violates this AUP.

Actions (with or without notice) may include warning, rate‑limiting, traffic filtering, suspension, DNS/HTTP disablement, removal of content, termination, domain lock/hold, and evidence preservation. Urgent matters (e.g., CSAM, credible threats) trigger immediate action and reporting to authorities.

8. Reporting AUP Violations

Report suspected violations to [email protected] with URLs/hostnames, timestamps (with timezone), complete headers/logs, reproducible steps, and your contact details. For any Security vulnerabilities please refer to our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. For any Child safety related violations visit: cybercrime.gov.in.

9. Grievance Redressal (India)

Per the IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days or as required by law.

10. Changes to this AUP

We may modify this AUP at any time.
