PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VEBONIX websites, Control Panel, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. YOUR ACCOUNT

• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.
• You must keep your contact/billing information accurate and up to date.
• Orders are provisioned after successful payment and may require additional verification.

2. ZERO‑TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE, FRAUD & MISUSE

We do not tolerate any abuse of our Services. This includes, without limitation: fraud, payment fraud/chargeback abuse, account hijacking, misrepresentation/impersonation, use of our platform to deceive or harm others, evasion of security or billing controls, abusive or harassing communications toward our staff, partners or other customers, and any deliberate misuse that threatens service stability or the rights of others. We may take immediate action, including suspension or termination of Services, domain lock/hold, preservation of evidence, and reporting to competent authorities.

3. PROHIBITED USES (SUMMARY)

You must comply with our AUP. The following activities are prohibited (non‑exhaustive):

• Malware distribution; botnets and command‑and‑control infrastructure;
• Phishing, pharming, social engineering, identity theft;
• Spam or unsolicited bulk/commercial messaging; spam‑vertising;
• Trademark infringement/cybersquatting, copyright piracy, or other IP violations;
• Financial scams, fraud, deception; HYIP/Ponzi/MLM schemes;
• SEO spam (keyword stuffing, doorway pages, link schemes, cloaking) to manipulate rankings;
• DNS exploits/abuse (e.g., cache poisoning, amplification, fast‑flux, homograph attacks);
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or content harmful to minors;
• Use of shared services as a general‑purpose backup repository or unauthorized crypto mining.

4. CONTRACT STRUCTURE

These Terms incorporate by reference our Customer Master Agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and the applicable Product Agreement Extensions (e.g., Domain Registration, Hosting, Web Services, Digital Certificates). If there is a conflict, the product‑specific terms govern for that product.

5. PAYMENTS, PRICING, RENEWALS

• Prices and taxes are shown at checkout or in your Control Panel and may change.
• Auto‑renew is enabled on eligible orders unless you disable it. Auto‑renew can fail; you remain responsible for timely renewal.
• Unless a specific offer states otherwise, fees are non‑refundable once a service is provisioned.

6. CHARGEBACKS

If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend or cancel services, lock your account, charge administrative fees, and (for domains) transfer the name to us as the paying entity until dues are cleared. We may permanently restrict services or payment instruments associated with chargeback abuse.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE & IP

You must use the services lawfully and responsibly. See the AUP for specific prohibited activities. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights required to operate and display the services. Our websites, software, and branding are protected by applicable laws.

8. DOMAIN NAMES

Registering, renewing, and transferring domain names is subject to ICANN and registry policies plus our Domain Registration Agreement. Provisioning is programmatic with registries and may require external verification.

9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate services for material breach (including AUP violations), unlawful activity, or non‑payment. Your obligation to pay fees accrued prior to termination survives termination.

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Where exclusions are not permitted, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the current term.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory product‑specific procedures (e.g., ICANN policies). We will first try to resolve disputes amicably.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
