SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. MOST VEBONIX PRODUCTS ARE DIGITALLY DELIVERED AND DO NOT INVOLVE PHYSICAL SHIPPING.

1. DELIVERY (FULFILMENT) OF DIGITAL SERVICES

• Domains: Provisioned electronically with the registry after successful payment and acceptance.
• Hosting & Email: Account details are issued in your Control Panel and/or via email upon provisioning.
• DNS / Web Services: Activated in your Control Panel upon order confirmation.
• SSL/TLS Certificates: Issued after Certificate Authority validation; timelines vary.

2. ZERO‑TOLERANCE & AUP IMPLICATIONS

We do not tolerate abuse, fraud, or misuse of our Services. Orders suspended or terminated for Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) violations (including but not limited to malware distribution, botnets, phishing, pharming, spam, trademark infringement/cybersquatting, scams, SEO spam, DNS exploits, or CSAM) are not eligible for exchange or refund. We may disable service delivery (including DNS/HTTP), lock domains, and preserve evidence/logs, with or without notice, consistent with our Terms & AUP.

3. TIMEFRAMES

• Most orders are provisioned within minutes. Some may require manual or external verification and can take longer.

4. EXCHANGES

• Domains: Once registered, domains cannot be exchanged for a different name or spelling.
• Other Services: Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade) are treated as a new order plus any applicable pro‑rated charges/credits.
• AUP Cases: No exchanges for orders implicated in AUP violations.

5. PHYSICAL GOODS (IF ANY)

If we sell a physical item (e.g., hardware token, merchandise), shipping terms (carrier, costs, delivery timelines) and return/exchange instructions will be specified on the product page or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, risk passes upon dispatch and shipping charges are non‑refundable. We may refuse or cancel shipment where we reasonably believe fraud or AUP violations exist.

6. NON‑DELIVERY

If you have not received activation emails or cannot see the order in your Control Panel after successful payment, please contact [email protected] with your order ID.
