We do not tolerate abuse, fraud, or misuse of our Services. Orders suspended or terminated for Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) violations (including but not limited to malware distribution, botnets, phishing, pharming, spam, trademark infringement/cybersquatting, scams, SEO spam, DNS exploits, or CSAM) are not eligible for exchange or refund. We may disable service delivery (including DNS/HTTP), lock domains, and preserve evidence/logs, with or without notice, consistent with our Terms & AUP.
If we sell a physical item (e.g., hardware token, merchandise), shipping terms (carrier, costs, delivery timelines) and return/exchange instructions will be specified on the product page or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, risk passes upon dispatch and shipping charges are non‑refundable. We may refuse or cancel shipment where we reasonably believe fraud or AUP violations exist.
